FAQ's

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping varies depending on where you are in the US. Orders shipped within the continental US typically arrive within 3-5 days unless expedited shipping was selected.

Q. Who ships my items?

A. Your items are shipped by us from our fulfillment center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Q. My order is damaged/missing/incorrect. What do I do?

A. Contact us ASAP with a picture of the shipping damage/item. We will issue you a full refund to your original payment method or ship you a new product immediately.

Q. I ordered multiple items, but not everything has arrived yet?

A.  We wanted to get some of your items to you as quickly as possible!  Rest assured, all your items will arrive.  Double check, you probably received more then one tracking number.

Q. How can I change my delivery address?

A. As long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Email us your correct address, along with your order number and we will update your details for you. If the order has already been processed and shipped, unfortunately we won't be able to change it. 

Q. I just contacted you, when will you reply to my question?

A. We reply within 24 hours during normal business days.

Q. Will my data be used by other third parties?

A. No, we value your trust. Your personal details will never be shared or sold to any third party vendors.

Q. How safe is it to place an order on your site, will you have access to my bank details?

A. Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Baby Feet itself does not have access to your card details or your payment, which is processed through Shopify, is later remitted to ourselves but we do not see your credit card information.

Alternatively, you can make payment through our additional payment provider Paypal.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each week and have many happy customers all around the world.  We are located in and ship from Rancho Cucamonga, California. 

Q. What is your Return policy?

A. We apologize, but due to the nature of our products and Covid-19, we can not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately. We FIRMLY stand behind our products and want you to be happy. Babies grow quickly, if you can't decide between two sizes, it is always best to go a little larger - they will fit before you know it!

Q. Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

A. If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at thebabyfeetstore@gmail.com asap. We will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes, however we try to ship promptly and orders are processed as soon as they are received.

Q. Package lost in Transit?

A. Baby Feet orders are delivered by the quickest shipping method determined. Once they leave our facility they are in the hands of the shippers.  It does not happen often, but your package lost you will have to contact shipping provider directly and file a claim to replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.  This is not a common occurrence and we do pay extra fees so that you are able to track your package in transit. 

Q. Can I combine discount codes for one order?

A. Discounts cannot be combined. One discount code will work at a time for one order.  If you are using a automatic BOGO special, additional discounts can not be added.
